Notification obligation for Developing Country Members

The timeline for notifications under Article 15 and 16 for DC Members is as follows:
Pursuant to Article 15.1, category A commitments have to be implemented at entry into force of the Agreement.

The initial category B notification has to be submitted at entry into force (Article 16.1a), including indicative implementation dates. Definitive implementation dates have to be notified one year after entry into force, hence by February 2018 (Article 16.1b)

The initial category C notification has to be submitted at entry into force of the Agreement (Article 16.1c), including indicative dates and capacity building needs.
Within one year after the initial notification, hence by February 2018, capacity building arrangements have to be notified (Article 16.1d). No later than August 2019, the DC Member and the Donor(s) Member providing assistance, notify the definitive implementation dates (Article 16.1e).
