Summary table
It is very useful, both from a management and promotion perspective, to recapitulate the components of the Roadmap in an overall summary table, as an instrument to support the overall steering and management of the Roadmap implementation.
As per the example below, the summary table should contain: the Goals to be reached (Column a), which Activities (b) will lead to those Goals, who will be the leading agency for the implementation of the Activity (c), how long will the implementation of each Activity take (d), the cost to implement the Activity (e) , the risks and assumptions for each Activity (f), and which compliance indicator and Goal Performance Indicator (g) will be used to evaluate the successful completion of each Activity.
The Table below shows an example of a summary table for one Goal:
