Resources mobilization

This section of the Roadmap should describe the necessary human and financial resources needed for the implementation of the Activities as well as the overhead budget for the management of the Roadmap. The objective of this section is to clearly spell out the resources needed for the implementation of the different Activities and the management and steering of the implementation process, including resources required for the operation of the Secretariat. This ensures that a policy commitment to the Roadmap Activities is also linked to a commitment to provide resources for its implementation. If costs for the implementation of Activities are not known at the time of drafting the Roadmap, the development of a detailed resource plan can be identified as one Activity during the Start-up phase.
