Concept

The Roadmap is a comprehensive document and should incorporate and complement other TF planning tools such as the WTO TFA needs assessments or the UNCTAD National Trade Facilitation Implementation Plans. It should also encompass all existing TF initiatives and plans within the country, such as plans for implementation of the WTO Trade Facilitation agreement. It should be driven by, or at least be integrated with, the work of National Trade Facilitation Committees and other TF implementation bodies.
