Web Feeds

Web Feeds allow “consumers” to subscribe and receive updated or new information regularly. Typically the information is a news feed. However because of its dynamic nature, it is starting to be used for business messaging. Specifications such as ODATA provide queryable interfaces for subscriber systems, so these Web Feeds can be classed as Web Services.
